Our story

A Family Business, Built With Heart

Eliza Bears was started by Liam, a chef who spent years working at local restaurants before opening a place of his own. Supported by his family from day one, Liam, Sarah and Neil built Eliza Bears from the ground up as a fully independent, family-run business.

The name comes from somewhere close to home. Eliza Bears is named after Liam's daughter Eliza and her nickname, Bear.

The food reflects that same personal touch. Every dish is made with real care and attention, the way it should be. When you eat here, you're supporting a local, independent business that takes genuine pride in what it serves.
